K Mart Shopping

{Who would'a Thought?}
Okay... so the other night I was at K-mart with Cason... and I just HAPPEN to have my camera.
Glad I did, because I was DYING over all the good stuff they had there!
I just wanted to show you guys that there is MORE then just Target and Walmart to shop at!  Who knew!?
 :)
(Don't get me wrong...I love those places too, but sometimes need a change in scenery)
LOOOOVE these black and white linen napkins!  SO pretty!  Look what else!...

Ooo!  Cute table runner anyone?

And are you drooling over this pattern on these dish towels, like I was????
(Cason said if I buy ONE MORE freakin' dish towel...I'm in trouble)
So I left these behind :(

Ca-UTE cushion!  Look at the button!
Why are buttons so darling to me?
.......................................................................
I wonder if they are having a sale on bath stuff???
HAHAH.

Cason and I both started cracking up when we walked pass this isle.  For some reason we found this so funny.
It's a little excessive if you ask me.
I'm sure that we can put two and two together, if you just put one big red sign up that says
"bath sale"
LOL.

..........................................
Okay, last thing.
I thought this ironing board was so cool!
Like... REALLY cool.

Am I alone here?
Is it just juvenile, and I only like it because of the cool words??? (I love words)
Cas and I both saw it at the same time and I squealed and BOLTED down the isle...
 Cason didn't follow suit!!!!???
What!?...
He didn't even have to say anything... I just started trying to convince him that this was SO cool!
And chic, and totally awesome!
He just raised his eyebrows, pursed his lips and kept quiet.
Gave a little smirk...
and then he turned and walked slowly away as I caressed the plastic covering over the "awesome" board.
*siiiigh*
Whatever... you guys get it, right?
...right?

  6. I get it. :) I love words too. I haven't been to our K-Mart in ages, but I think maybe I need to head on over. Cute cute stuff! Considering it for the kitchen....I'm trying to decide on a color for my kitchen to go with our white cabinets, but I want something that will go with my Christmas and Fall decor too....

  7. I totally get it! I'm glad I'm not the only one who caresses adorably cute things at stores. My husband probably thinks I'm nuts too, but if he does he doesn't say so. :)
I may have to check out the the big K sometime soon!

  11. Um, yeah, the bedding aisle looks just like the bath aisle right now. Totally bought some fun new sheets over the weekend there! lol! And, no, I think it is perfectly fine to obsess over that ironing board. It *almost* makes me want to iron! :)

  12. Oh...I TOTALLY get it. I've purchased several things from the K-Mart Jaclyn Smith line and just LOVE them! The ribbed towels I got last summer have stood up to all the washing they get here in the Smith house and still look fabulous.

I had an out of town guest a couple days ago and she asked me where I got such great towels. The look for less is alive and well at The Big K : )

  15. We don't have a Kmart close to home, but I happened upon one recently and was in love with so much of their house stuff! Their prices were pretty nice as well! I just love their kitchen blue/green dish towels, etc

  17. I get it! Love that ironing board - wonder if you can get just the cover? Not that we have a Kmart anywhere around here - just wondering.

  18. you're hilarious. but I get it. I also do the "oh-so-dramatic" touching of the object to be left behind & *sighed* over when the hubs is around (secretly hoping he will keep in mind my love for the item when birthdays & christmas roll around...even though this has yet to work).

  19. I do that all the time with my hubby! He doesn't get it either! LOL

  23. I'm all over that ironing board...seriously, I don't even iron (that's a recipe for disaster if I ever saw one) and I love it! Of course, we have no K-Marts where I live.

  27. I haven't been in a Kmart in years. It's too bad that the only one that I know of in my neck of the woods is in the ghetto. Gonna have to check them out online or pack my pepper spray. :) That ironing board and towels are super cute.

  29. Hi! One of your newest followers and I am LOVING your decor! Totally spent all afternoon yesterday cruising through your blog!

I haven't been to my K-Mart in ages because it's kind-of off the beaten path, but after seeing all of these pictures, I will DEFINITELY be going back!

  31. Ooh, it's taking a lot of self-restraint to not go out and purchase that adorable ironing board right this moment!

  32. I get it! My husband is into function not pretty. It is hard to convince him to spend money on "unnecessary" pretty things.

  33. This just cracked me up because it sounds just like my husband and me! I am always like "eeeeek, i looooove it!" over, say, a coffee mug. If he doesn't follow suit, I say something like, "You don't like it?" with a pouty face. He hates this, by the way.
