I'm a recently single Momma to three pre-teen girls, and a lover of anything home decor and beauty related. The House of Smiths is my own little part of the internet that allows me to share and document all of the life that happens under our roof!
Feel free to look around - friends are always welcome here!
Shelly that is sooo exciting and well deserved! It’s such a lovely nook! I will be following suit soon. Our panty is a dark long tunnel under our stairs. It’s full of so much junk I can barely walk to the back of it. I’ll be hitting you up for some cute labels in the next few weeks.
I was in Ikea the other day with my sis-in-law and said “I want to redo my panty.” My sis-in-law said “I KNOW!! Did you see the pantry post?” It was too funny. Looks like you’ve started a trend!
I LOOOOVED watching that interview! How COOL! I feel like I know you even more now becuase I've heard your cute voice - haha! :) You are amazing, Shelley!
I was so excited to see your pantry on Studio 5! Since I have been a follower for a while I feel like a friend and my hubbie was home and I said," I know her." He just laughed. Great job! I love the gray and white. Also I still love those old boxes!
LOVED THIS! Of course, how could I not like anything that you do! Just an FYI I am giving you a shout-out today on my blog! sweetcharli.blogspot.com **
That is super cute Shelly! Congrats on the interview and great exposure for your vinyl business too!
It hadn't occurred to me to blog about my pantry. lol. I redid it last summer because it was sooooooo dark and cluttery. Makes me so stinkin' mad when I go to grab something and 15 other things would fall on me. Then I pick them up, shove them in and totally forget what the heck I was in there for anyways. Arg! Anyways, mine is not as darling as yours and has half the space but I may have to link up with you and blog about mine too. I need a stinking note pad to jot down my blogging ideas too. Thanks for reminding me. lol
What an awesome opportunity for you! I just recieved my labels yesterday and LOVE them! Thank you so much! We are house hunting and now on my list is a pantry. Meanwhile, our kitchen cupboards are getting a mini makeover! :)
Okay, not sure if you had mentioned this previously, BUT where did you find the tall skinny plastic containers (w/ crackers and whatnot in them)? I love you're pantry and I'm trying to do mine (pray for me, this could be bad). Thanks sweetie! I LOVE this project!
FUN! Love it!
ReplyDeleteSome well deserved recognition (and you sounded great!)...think how many people you've inspired with your awesome pantry! I wanna do mine, too.

Helping you store what matters most.
Love your style! Reading your blog is like a calorie-free treat!
ReplyDeleteHere is a fun idea to make tote bags out of the cereal boxes you no longer keep in your pantry:
