It's here, it's here, it's here!...... finally, sheesh. All of my thoughts about the Nectar mattress and how it compares to others that I've tried. First I'll show you the process of setting up a mattress like this, and then I'll give you the quick, most important (to me anyway) pros and cons of everything towards the bottom of this post.

#3. I was super anxious to see how it compared to other mattresses.
Initially I was going to put the Nectar mattress in with the twins, but I wanted to see first-hand how it compared to my Tuft & Needle mattress that I'd been sleeping on. So I decided to give the Nectar a go for myself.
Honestly, both ways of transporting these dense mattresses once they are shipped to your door, are kind of difficult because they're SO heavy. It's definitely a two person job in my opinion. That being said, once the protective sleeve was off of the Nectar mattress, I found out it had a sturdy handle for easier carrying, which was nice!
After the tight, thick exterior plastics are removed, the mattress will start to roll out, "breathe" and expand. In the center are the two pillows that come with the king mattress.
These pillows are dense but comfortable.
Disclaimer... I don't use them because I'm used to a different pillow style, but the quality is very good - and again... #free
It's definitely not a deal breaker, but I'll tell you right now that the smell of these foam mattresses aren't the most desirable. All foam mattresses smell similar for the first few days, but then eventually it fades and you no longer notice it.
Personally?... I lay 5 or 6 fabric softener sheets between the mattress and the mattress cover to help with any residual odor that I may notice - and I feel like it helps.
First and foremost I really liked the quilting of this Nectar top layer. It's really soft to the touch and seems plusher than my other mattress. I'm also a fan of the removable, washable cover and free pillows.
I've been sleeping on this mattress for about a month and here are my biggest pros and cons.
Cons:
- The smell isn't the best initially.
- It's bulky and quite heavy to maneuver alone.
- The mattress takes about an hour or so to fully take shape.
- It definitely takes some time to get used to sleeping on, if you typically sleep on a spring mattress. Day 6 or so was the sweet spot for me. At first the mattress may seem too firm, but then after about a week I honestly feel like you'll notice that your body is way less sore and stiff.
- There's no easy way to move this very dense mattress (if you need to) without purchasing a mattress moving cover that has handles.
Pros:
- Price point for the Nectar is really good - especially for the quality you'll get.
- I could fall asleep faster, and stay asleep longer.
- My achey sciatic pain on my right hip doesn't flair up anymore, after a sound nights sleep, when I wake up.
- The Nectar mattress is about an inch or two thicker than my last similar mattress - and I'm all about a beefy, well built product.
- The Nectar mattress offers a full year, 365 night risk free trial period! If you decide for some reason that it isn't your ideal mattress, they will remove the mattress and refund your payment 100%. This trial period is 3 times longer than any other brand.
- Shipping is free.
- The forever warranty doesn't mess around. If you feel like your mattress is dipping in a spot more than one and a half inches, (which they claim it shouldn't) breaking down, or just isn't right - even 50 years from now?... Nectar will replace it with a new one.
- The Nectar is firm, but conforms a bit better and seems softer than my last mattress.
- There is virtually zero movement interruption from others on the mattress, so you don't have to deal with shaking and squeaking noises when another person shifts at night, like you would with a spring mattress. 
- In straight-forward, easy to understand terms... THE COOLING LAYERS MATTER - trust me.

All in all, I'm loving the Nectar mattress, and I'd definitely recommend it. You honestly can't go wrong with such a long, risk-proof trial period - plus there are always coupons to snag a Nectar mattress at a pretty decent price, for any budget.
