Blue Lemon Restaurant Giveaway

THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to visit the Blue Lemon Restaurant, with a couple of other blogger friends, at their new Salt Lake City location.

Salt Lake City:
801.328.BLUE (2583)
55 W South Temple, SLC, UT 84111

I had heard AWESOME things about the food at their Highland location, so I was really excited to finally try them out!

The minute I walked in, I found myself Ooo-ing and Ahh-ing at all the fun lighting fixtures, bright cherry colors, and decor.  But the BEST part (besides the food) was the AMAZING view from the restaurants font window!  So beautiful!

The Blue Lemon was founded by Lychelle and her Hubby.
They are Utah locals who wanted to design a restaurant where they could go out, find healthy, gourmet food options at awesome prices,
but with an atmosphere where they could STILL bring their kids along!
Genius!

Everything at the Blue Lemon is prepared fresh!
They don't EVER freeze their meats or vegetables, and you can TELL!
The flavors of their food are outstanding!

When I went, I ordered the Turkey Avocado sandwich on wheat,
and some of their fantastic tomato bisque soup.
Yum-O!

And the desserts... Oh.my.gosh!
Really.
They have created a bunch of new bakery line items, and they are to DIE for :)

Some of the gang

having some "picture fun" under the Blue Lemon psychedelic lights, ha!
