My Favorite Things!

Oh!  You want to know some of my favorite things, that you can BUY
this holiday season???LOL.
:)

okay, okay...

You got it!

Alright... here we go:

My Favorite Movies of ALL TIME!
Nacho Libre and The Holiday

If you've seen either of these, then you don't even need to ask why.

I've got it all covered between these two movies.
Laughing, Crying, and everything in between.
And yes.  Sadly I can pretty much act out all parts from the movie on the left.
lol.
I just don't know what it is about "The Nacho"... he hits my funny bone.

Step Up 3D Soundtrack
I've recently downloaded this soundtrack and have been bustin' a move
while I work, clean, fold laundry... you name!
These songs just make me feel like I'm 20 years old, in a night club, and
"oh-so-cool" again.
LOL.
What can I say?  I LOVE to dance, even if I'm not ANY good at it :)
It just makes me happy!

K... now that we've danced ourselves crazy... let's get cleaned up.

"SOAP CRACK"... that's what my hubby says it is.
LOL.
Once you wash your hands with it... you can't stop smelling them... even hours later.
Besides how soft it leaves our hands, and how great this soap is for kids, because it's anti-bacterial...
The smells are AMAZING!
Coconut Verbena has got to be my MOST favorite sent :)

and

I just found this combo about a year ago.
Makes the BEST mixture for the ideal foundation!
About a pea size dot of the strobe cream, and a little more of the foundation... and wa-la!
Bright, fresh, perfect coverage every time!

Next...

Particularly - Root Pump Plus
Don't know what I would do without it.
When I get out of the shower in the morning, I look like a drowned rat.
Thin, droopy hair, just hanging lifelessly.
Till I get the R.P.P (root pump plus) on board.
Then a miracle occurs!
Full, long-lasting volume, pretty much, all day!

Whew... after all that "gettin' pretty" SOMEBODY better be takin' me out!
:)

The Cheesecake Factory...I think, yes.
By FAR my most favorite place to eat.

Cashew Chicken and Tuxedo cheesecake... please! :)

And just in case you need any MORE dessert after that... I've got you covered.

Red Velvet bite size Bundtinis from

I honestly have no way to describe these little morsels of perfection, other than...
~Heavenly~

And

Everything but the... ice cream

Literally... EVERYTHING.
A Collision of Chocolate & Vanilla Ice Creams with HEATH® Bar Chunks, White Chocolatey Chunks, Peanut Butter Cups & Chocolatey-Covered Almonds
'Nuff said
When it comes to MY ice cream...
Light on the ice cream ... bring on the toppings!

Who says you can't have NOTHING and EVERYTHING
all at once???
:)

Okay... now that we're kickin' back with our favorite ice cream at home,
let's talk about just that...
Some of my favorite things that make my house "pur'dy"

Crafting Storage from Making Memories
I got this whole set for Christmas one year from my Mother in law.
And have loved EVERY PIECE!
It keeps me and all my crafting goodies... SO organized, and acts as room decor,
all at the same time!

Distress Ink
A girls best friend.

I've used this amazing product on LOTS of projects... big and small.
Forget the mess of glazing, if just wanting to add a BIT of distressing.
Distress Ink in "Vintage Photo" is definitely the way to go!
:)

And finally...the pièce de résistance...

The Digital Cannon Rebel XTi
My blog would be non-existent without it.

The photos and memories that I have been able to capture on this bad boy, are worth EVERY PENNY.

To me... there isn't anything more valuable then the moments that we remember though a great photo.
If you are debating on whether or not to dish out the bucks for a camera like this.
Stop thinking about it... and do it.
You'll be glad you did.
I promise.

So, these are a few of a my favorite things!
And I'm pretty sure that if you give them a try, they will become YOURS as well
:)

  31. Sweet Shelly,

Love your blog, girl! My "designer" friend from college introduced me and I actually get disappointed if days pass without a new post. My husband told me it is a tad "stalkerish" - I completely disagree! ;-)

FYI the MK full coverage is being reformulated and will be on the market January 15th. If you love the current full coverage formula. Buy those puppies up!

    Have a blessed Christmas!
